I ate at Mama's Saturday night and had to write to tell you about my experience. I am a celiac and ate from the gluten-free menu. I am just amazed at how many items are offered! I chose the chicken Sorrento and didn't quite know what to expect since it said it was on a "gluten free baguette". I know many people have tried to create breads and sandwiches that might resemble a "regular" sandwich, but fall short on taste and consistency. The one I got looked amazing. Still, I was skeptical. All skepticism melted away with that first bite. It was awesome! Of course I also tried the breadsticks which were also quite tasty (and didn't last long!) – another expectation exceeded. Next were the desserts. I had been to the restaurant before and had tried the carrot cake. It was the first time I'd ever had it. It's one of my favorites now! The pastries, cakes and brownie were excellent as well. Let me just say how nice it is to go to a restaurant and order items right off the menu – there are so few restaurants where we can do that. And, not only was the food delicious, but the prices were reasonable. I can't believe how much we ordered and how inexpensive it was – especially for the all the gluten free items we had. Believe me; I know how gluten-free items can add up price-wise. We were quite pleased with the overall experience.
Unfortunately, I don't live in New Jersey and my sister will be moving away from there so I won't be able to visit Mama's as much as I would like to. I do want to thank you for offering so many choices for people like me who have celiac and who just want to enjoy a good meal out without sacrificing taste. We definitely appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

We recently dined at Mama's. Our daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease six months ago and it has been a challenge finding restaurants that understand not only the need for gluten-free menu options but cross contamination issues in the kitchen as well. Thank you for providing an environment where we can safely take our daughter to eat. She absolutely loves being able to eat a delicious normal tasting pizza for months.

Dear Mama's
We wanted to thank you for offering the gift of an awesome gluten-free menu. Saturday was the very first time our little guy was able to order pizza at a restaurant. I'm not sure who was more excited about this, him or me. He was so happy when he got his very own gluten-free bread basket. They were by far the best we've ever had. Some of the gluten-free products are awful, these were great. Sheri was so helpful in accommodating throughout our entire meal.
We can't wait to come back.
