Wedding Catering Policies
- There is a 25 guest minimum requirement.
- A final guest count must be provided no later than 10 days prior to the event.
- The final guest count will be the minimum charged.
- The guest count may be increased up to 3 days prior to event and will be billed accordingly.
Taxes & Gratuities
- A 7% sales tax will be added to all food, beverage and rentals.
- A 20% gratuity will be added to the food, service and non-alcoholic beverage bill.
- A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. The deposit may be used for a different available date. Cancellation within 3 months of an event will result in 50% charge of total bill. Cancellations for weddings within 6 months of date will result in 50% charge of total bill.
- All prices are based on a 4-hour event. An additional fee of $275 per hour will be charged for any additional time beyond the initial 4 hours.
- One-half payment is required 30 days prior to the event date.
- Complete payment is due 3 days prior to the event date.
- For your convenience, Catering By Mama's may request a credit card number on file in the event that additional costs are incurred.
